Two silent diesel generator sets manufactured by Comler Power Group departed by ship from a port last night, bound for the Republic of Kiribati across the ocean.

The exterior of the silent generator sets features a smooth, streamlined car-style design, which is aesthetically pleasing and elegant. They are equipped with an air intake silencer chamber, exhaust silencer chamber, exhaust noise silencing system, and a well-designed air intake flow curve to ensure smooth air intake and exhaust, effective temperature control, and noise reduction. Special noise-reducing and sound-absorbing materials significantly suppress the propagation of mechanical noise, reducing it to below 75 dB. 

The units also offer multiple functions such as rainproofing, dust resistance, and salt spray resistance.

The oversized built-in base fuel tank allows the units to operate continuously for 8 to 24 hours.

The silent generator set enclosure is equipped with an observation window, control panel, external emergency stop button, external fuel refill port, and fuel level display, all located on one side of the unit. This scientifically ergonomic design facilitates operation, operation, and maintenance.

The external connection bolts of the silent enclosure are made of national standard stainless steel, significantly enhancing the product's resistance to corrosion in exceptionally harsh operating environments.

Seamless carbon steel hinges with five connection points and high-elasticity sealing strips provide superior gap sealing for doors and windows.

The silent enclosure uses high-performance carbon steel door locks for easier operation and improved overall weather resistance of the unit.

Key components of the silent enclosure are made of standard national galvanized composite panels and die-cast molds, greatly enhancing the product's overall strength and service life.

The outer cover is made of galvanized sheet with special treatment, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature fusion casting, significantly enhancing rust resistance. The generator and electrical components are encapsulated within a robust silent system, ensuring your power supply under various harsh external environmental conditions.
