1.Before starting the Comler diesel generator set, first check the amounts of fuel, engine oil and coolant, ensure the oil grades are suitable for the environment, and that the electrical connections are not loose. Allow the generator to warm up for 3-5 minutes before applying the load.

2.During the operation of the Comler generator set, avoid no-load or over-load operation. Control the load rate between 50% and 80%, increase the load gradually, and monitor parameters such as engine oil pressure, water temperature and voltage in real time. Make timely adjustments if any abnormality occurs.

3.After shutting down the diesel generator set, clean its surface and replenish oils and liquids daily; check the quality of engine oil and clean the air filter weekly; and change the oils and filter elements regularly.

4.For long-term use, select a generator set with appropriate power according to the actual load, and store fuel for no more than 3 months.
